Notes:
Very happy with the intensity this week. I've managed to move a lot of heavy weight this week with some solid conditioning on the side.
My intention was to only go up to my previous double PR for the front squat and then give 350lbs a single attempt. Turns out, I was able to squat 3x350lbs with only the last rep offering a little bit of resistance.
Some DB burnout and situps to end the session. Looking to do some running tomorrow.
