Notes:
Really didn't want to get out of bed this morning. But, today is cheat day and I needed to earn my meals for the day.
My unmotivated self decided to focus on overhead presses with the log. The weight moved well, even though I felt blah, and even PR'ed on the 3x press. Not by much, but it certainly helps.
Threw in some brief auxiliary movements and then tried to do a quick burn out with knees-to-elbows. A little tired so I'm going to eat all day long.
