I was feeling a little 'meh' even before the session started and I was thinking: 'Why is that?'
Well, to answer, I PR'ed huge on the front squat the day prior and was dealing with a little PR hangover. I decided the best way to get in my conditioning and loosen up my legs was to go absolutely gangbusters on the prowler.
I feel like this was a true 100% effort wince my times began to decline as the rounds went on. Very good conditioning and my legs feel great heading into tomorrow morning.
