Notes:
Simple and effective session. Pause squats from the high bar position to as low as possible are horrible. I do not like them.They feel like they weight 3x as much as what's on the bar.
Okay, so I love sled training. Going to do my best to my best to incorporate this style of session from here on out (lift, focus auxiliary, 2x secondary auxiliary). It seems to be the best way for me to get the most amount of work done in the most successful way possible.
