Notes:
Great googly moogly this was a little tougher than I expected after all the push ups I did the previous day. Everything went about as planned, but I did have a little surprise when it came to the amount of reps on the DB shoulder press. I'm not entirely sure if my right arm was more smoked than my left coming into the presses, but I was a little bothered that my left arm was in better shape than my right.
The metcon was a nice finisher. Doing pull ups after all of that was by far the worst part. Wasn't really smoked afterwards but I was a little out of breath.
