A.) Select an 8 hr period in the day and perform 20 push ups to hard lockout on the hour. Each set of push ups should be UB.
Results
A.) Comp (all sets UB)
Notes:
Yeesh, this was tough business. Its not the push ups that are the hard part, its the 'doing all the push ups while staying on tempo with a lockout and keeping them unbroken throughout the entire day' that was tough.
This was supposed to be a pre cursor to a juggernaut of an arm workout later that evening, but it turned into a medium level rest day.
