Deadlift + Auxiliary

Morning
A.) 1 Deadlift x 4 shrugs - increase weight each set
B.) EMOM 10 DL w/hook grip
C.) 5x10 BB pull up

A.) 45/135/225/315/405

Notes:
Another well executed session. Felt rickety and weird coming into the session, but I attribute that to not stretching properly on Monday after swimming on Sunday.

The shrugs were a pretty good warm up. The first 5-6 pulls on the deadlift didn't go so hot, felt slow on the initial pull off the ground and kept hitting my quads on the big pull. Rounds 7-10 went much better, no quad hits and the set up from the bottom was much better.
