A.) 50 DB overhead inclined situps
B.) 2x10 Heavy cable pull down
C.) 1x25/1x20/1x15/1x10 DB shrugs
D.) AMRAP 10: UW dolphin kick laps - rest 2min - repeat

Results
A.) Comp @ 30lbs
B.) Comp @ 150lbs
C.) Comp @ 50lbs
D.) 14rnds + 16rnds

Notes:
Really great session. Making sure I get in very good conditioning in the pool with some auxiliary work on the side.

I really enjoy being in the pool and its been paying off: less joint stress with increased fat loss.
