Narrow Grip Bench Press + Auxiliary

Notes:
Another good one. I got in the right amount of work and I'm feeling it the day after. Continuously I find myself nervous about going over 225lbs on the bench press without a spotter. I move the weight well enough, but something about it being overhead like that makes me think of the bar as a guillotine.

The dips and hyper went about as expected. A little surprised at the lack of capacity on my dips, started to falter on the second-to-last and last sets around repetition seven.

Training is going very well lately, I'm well rested and haven't had even a tinge, tweak, or injury in weeks. Will continue my efforts to focus on a lift and fifty to eighty reps of auxiliary work/day and see where this take me.
