Notes:
Very intense conditioning session. Going to start incorporating auxiliary work into these 'conditioning day' only sessions. The more reps I can get in to support my larger lifts, the happier I'm going to be.

I used a kickoff on these intervals and it didn't help. I felt like I was going to drown on the way back (8ft short of the lap finish) every single time. I guess that means its working?
