Notes:
Okay. So it was about time for to have a lackluster session. I slept poorly and not long enough, but I felt good enough to go to the gym and at least get some work in.

Try as I might, I simply could not force my body to perform at a high level today. I decided it was best for me to cut it short on the snatch grip deadlifts and simply focus on some light auxiliary work with some rowing at the end.

Ironically, the rowing (the most intense part of this entire session), was the best section of the workout. I kept an even pace and didn't blow up at the end. I'm really happy with the condition of my energy capacity and output on this 500m.
