Notes:
Good session. I feel like my bench press is absolutely never going to improve, but I'll keep hammering on it until something gives. Still don't feel right about being under a heavier bar with no one to keep an eye on me.

Everything else went smooth. Decided to beat up my posterior chain today instead of arms and I think I'm gong to pay for that decision for a few days.
