Notes:
Little disappointed in the lap times for the swim. Trust me, I was moving as fast as I could. I think the only place I can improve on my time is the turn.
Okay, before you guys get all up in arms about me using the damned Elliptical, my hip hurt and I was hoping it would help warm it up a little bit before the swim.
I don't believe I'll be using the Elliptical very much (or at all) in the future. But I'm going to attempt to do use (what I think) is the best equipment for my needs at the time.
