Notes:
Very good, compact session.
Although, doing backsquats under a time domain lead me to more mistakes than normal. Not entirely sure if I will focus on doing squats under duress for a while. I think going back to a more relaxed atmosphere for squats to focus on form and power might be safer.
Sled drags on stall mats is no fun. Far harder than pulling on the pavement.
