Swimming + Auxiliary

Morning
A.) 2x15 DB Shoulder press
B.) 4x25 Ab pull down
C.) AMRAP 20 - UW lap swim

Results
A.) Comp @ 50lbs
B.) Comp @ 210lbs
C.) 20 laps

Notes:
Really like the cable pull downs for abs. Works my lower back as well.

The lap swim went well. Broke surface tension at the breaks in the lap (the walls, basically.)
