A.) Comp @ 35lbs
B.) Comp UB @ 50lbs
C.) Comp @ 50lbs

Notes:
Nice session after a long vacation. I know its been a while since I've posted, but I needed to get away. Over the past week I did so many lunges, push ups, and swimming that I think I'm goof for a while.

This session was a brief re-introduction to weighted training. All things considered, it went as well as I imagined it would.
