Notes:
Effective, very effective. Box squats are something I do no normally do in my squat routine, however, I believe they will be a mainstay after this session.
The box allowed me to (finally) find my optimal stance and forced me to sit back instead of straight down. Additionally, I was also able to start working on my sticky spot coming out of the bucket.
Everything else was business as normal. Had a good time doing bar dips and stiff legged deadlifts as my auxiliary for those muscle groups.
