Notes:
This was going to be a great session by I was over zealous and hit the DL's too heavy. Ended up injuring my sacrum (again) and will hopefully see the chiropractor tonight.
Managed to finish the session at a much lighter weight. Dealt with discomfort the entire time, but still managed to finish.
