Notes:
Coming back from low back injury/week long break. Kept this session very simple.
Deadlifts moved very well and had no problems gripping the bar in double overhand. Pulls ups were included to tax the lats...which they did.
Evening cardio was exactly what I needed to stay relaxed of the following training session.
