Good session today. This was the first time I walked on the treadmill for cardio and it was a test. My calves tightened up a few times within the first 5min (even after a warmup), so there were some brief breaks in order to loosen up a little bit.
So, DB press is hard. Typically I manage to get somewhere in the 20 rep range when I'm only working with one arm, but I was only able to eek out 10 reps with a DB in each hand. I'm not entirely sure if I was suffering from 'Arm Day with Mark', but it was hard.
Back injury is just about gone. I have to make sure I'm stretching a lot to keep the tissue loose, but the spike of pain is gone. So, at least that's something.
