Notes:
Very full day of training. Still feel good at the end of it all even though I added an 800m run before cardio. Mind you, this 'run' is really more of a jog home from the train station.
Deadlifts went pretty well. I managed to get in some fairly heavy working sets before my grip became an issue. Was worried my back wasn't going to hold up, but utilizing Dan Green's advice about keeping my butt low, the deadlifts went off without a hitch.
