Notes:
I just didn't feel like back squatting today so I invaded the apartment complex gym and did some DB work until I had trouble walking.
Turns out, the next morning I'm still having trouble walking. Success!
The lunges, good mornings, and Bulgarian squats were nothing out of the ordinary. However, the 1-3/4 front squats were an entirely different story. Based on Dan Green's advice to constantly load a muscle group by nothing extending to the full range of motion was very effective. My legs feel like crud (which is good).
