A.) 3x10 Heavy dips
B.) 50 Med ball toss situps @ 10lbs (every 20 perform :20 hollow rock)
C.) 2x10 One arm DB press/arm 1020
D.) AMRAP 5 - Partner bear crawl

Results
A.) Comp @ 30lbs
B.) Comp (UB)
C.) Comp @ 50lbs
D.) 6 rnds

Notes:
Got some quality work in today. I'm not sure poor Ghis is going to be able to walk, or draw, or...just about anything today. I hope I'm wrong.

Also, down 5lbs on the scale this morning. The new diet seems to be working.
