Notes:
Oh man. This was so much harder than it looked. I know the bench press weight is well below the bodyweight standard for this workout (didn't have gym access today) but the lighter dumbbells were challenging. The combination of short-bench and taxation of my stabilizing muscles made the cable rows WAY harder than they usually are.
I was, as the rep counts indicate, fairly spent after the fourth round but gave the fifth round everything I could possibly muster.
