Notes:
Well, the morning session went well. My legs are a little spent since doing sissy squats and front squats yesterday. I just didn't feel like doing big and heavy bench press since my stomach was upset. So, yeah. Probably not the best idea to do CrossFit instead.
The afternoon session was really good. I didn't feel nearly as fatigued as I have in previous weeks on the third day. A little bit of metcon hangover from earlier in the day but we managed to get through in one piece.
