Notes:
Good sessions. The atlas stone was a bit of a trick since I had the wrong height measurement (thought I had 48" and it was actually 51".)
The focus of the afternoon session was more for pulling muscle development. Each pull up was really nice and long. The bottom was complete extension of the muscle group, no arm bend.
