A.) 15min in cold pool - 2min hot tub

Notes:
This session was kept short due to fatigue. I made it through the first round of HB back squat but began to falter in my form afterwards. On the plus side, I was able to finish a fair amount of good weight on the HB back squat.

Today taught me that I supremely need to monitor my volume earlier in the way to avoid crashing on Sautrday and Sunday.

Skipping the later section of cardio for some recovery time in the pool.
