Wow. That was really hard. The morning session started off very good (managed a new 3 rep PR on bench).
Lunch
session, boy that was a different story entirely. The DB bench was a
nice press variant that we don't do too often and the hamstring curls
are getting easier and easier, I think its time to go up in weight.
Triceps
extension with a dumbbell is my new favorite nemesis. These were
horrible. I thought I almost killed Mike and Brey today with the triplet
and then the dive bomber/clap combo after. Rough business.
