Hack Squat + Farmer Carries

Afternoon
A.)  5x10 Hacksquat @ 55% - superset w/DB Farmer carries
B.) AMRAP 5 - Situps - every 1:30 do ME hollow rock

Results
A.) Comp @ 300lbs
B.) 50 reps - :20/:15/:10

Notes:
We were all tired and it showed. The group was upbeat but sluggish during the hack squat. Everyone seemed to like the farmer carries quite a bit and the situps destroyed everyone.
