B.) 4x10 Dips - superset w/10 push ups AFAP - 20 Ab wheel

B.) Comp (broke 10/10 on last two sets of ab wheel)
Notes:
In a high volume week I thought it was time to do something a little different. I had fun with this more traditional bodybuilding workout. This is my first exposure to behind-the-head triceps extensions and wow did they burn.
Basically today was a high-volume/low-weight day because I was so absolutely tuckered out from the week of metcons.
