Notes:
Morning session was good. Really wasn't in the mood to be doing heavy deadlifts, so I decided to do (more) carries. I know I hit the front position a few days ago, but I didn't really feel like I had the back-stability this morning to do traditional yolk carries. The Zercher is a nice variant that toasted everything. Pretty sure I'm going to have bruises on my arms for the next few days.
Afternoon session was a bit of a bruiser. Mike, Breyana, and I suffered through like champs but we were all beat afterwards.
