Bodybuilding Auxiliary

Morning
A.) 3x10 DB flys - superset w/10 cable rows (hold 5 count at the top)
B.) 3x10 Full triceps extension - superset w/10 cable cross.
C.) 3x10 Bent over DB curl
D.) 3x20 DB squat to 3/4

Results
A.) 30lbs/250lbs
B.) 30lbs-hand/150lbs
C.) Comp @ 30lbs
D.) Comp @ 50lbs

Notes:
My chest is still sore two days later, so I'd say this was pretty effective. My legs are a little dead but otherwise I'm okay.
