D.) 5x20" Backward sled pull - 5" hand over hand - repeat - rest 1min
E.) 3x10 Reverse Hyper

Notes:
Another good session. Didn't have the mental focus for squats today so I subbed with power cleans and some sled work. Been a long time since I've incorporated olympic lifting into my regiment but I'm glad I did. The weight felt light and moved well.
