Notes:
Nothing like leg day after a brutalizing back day to really make you feel tired. Mike and I both agreed that Tuesday was probably a little too much volume...for now. In the future though, I can see a program like that being the norm.
Cardio later that night was tougher than normal. I chalk this up to low calorie intake.
