Notes:
Took Sunday off. We went camping on the coast for Amy's birthday.
Today was very good. First session with my new training partner Jon. He's a CrossFitter, but I don't hold that against him (kidding).
Stones moved well this morning, didn't have too much trouble one-timing it over the yolk. Big improvement both strength and endurance wise over the last stone session.
Afternoon was also punishing. Pull ups were much harder than normal and bent over DB fly was no joke. Abs are still sore a day later.
