Dumbbell Squat Auxiliary

B.) 3x10 DB Good mornings 03x0
C.) 3x10 (per leg) 1-Legged Bulgarian squat - last rep/last set :10 hold @ 50%
D.) 3x10 Sissy squat

A.) Comp @ 120lbs
B.) Comp @ 50lbs/hand

Notes:
Exactly what I was looking for today. I didn't really feel like doing barbbell squats today, so I decided we were going to fix Mike's squat mechanics today. The DB hack squat was murder. Trying to keep Mike's form accurate while adhering to the tempo proved to be a challenge, but he caught on at the end.

Good mornings were excellent for continuing to challenge our glutes/mid back/low back while hitting the hamstrings/butt.

Everything else was pretty much torture. :D
