Yeesh. I know it doesn't look like much in the results section, but this was hard. Although, there is something really nice about back squatting in this rep range with 60-70% of 1RM. I kept the weight a little low today since its my first day in this rep range, but boy did I feel it.
Managed to hit some hyper for my low back and spice things up with some barbell lunges. I'm not sure why I've been on such a lunge kick lately, but its helping. I suppose its an exercise that's always made me sore.
