B.) 3x10 DB Triceps extension
C.) 3x10 DB Curls
D.) 3x10 Cable row (from the top)
E.) 2x Arnold ab circuit

A.) Comp @ 30lbs
B.) Comp @ 30lbs
C.) Comp @ 30lbs
D.) Comp @ 250lbs
E.) Comp

Notes:
Again, I know this doesn't look like much, but every rep was performed under control with lots of squeezing. This is the closest I have come to doing a very traditional bodybuilder workout in sometime. Although, I really enjoyed it.

Okay, so you guys know that I'm hate doing ab work. I don't know why, its just something I've always  hated. I did the Arnold ab circuit (twice) and I'm really digging it. Its not hyper crazy and doesn't require any equipment.
