Notes:
Boy this was a fun day. I've never done pause bench before but this session went far better than I expected. The weight moved very well (scared some gym goers with a power yell on the last rep of the last set on bench) and the dips didn't seem to effect my bench performance at all.
Second session turned out to have much lower volume but still very effective. Banged out an Arnold complex late in the evening to finish the day off.
