Notes:
First day back doing reasonably heavy deadlifts. Wore a belt high on my abs and made sure to peel my position back as far as I could get it without losing lower back tension. The first few reps had me a little nervous since I could feel my legs straightening out into a stripper lift, but, I buckled down and the rest of the lifts were very comfortable. Also, something else I've never done before, I dropped from the top. I realized 'why put myself in danger on the way down?', so I stopped resetting and just dropped the weight. Much easier on my back.
Tabata DU's are the worst. My shoulders are lit. I can't wait to see how the afternoon session is going to go...
Yeah, took it light in the afternoon. Was too toasted from the double unders to give much more than I gave.
