Notes:
My legs were a little shot from earlier in the week so I decided to do some power clean work off the blocks. Felt warmed up afterwards and hit up some heavier thrusters. Needless to say, I do not miss those from my CrossFit days.
After some low back auxiliary, I hit up some cardio. Decided Tabata burpees were the flavor of the day, boy that was a good/bad idea. Had some good old fashion high-intensity-throat-torch afterwards.
