A.) 8x3 Max Backsquat 0130
B.) 3x10 Deficit (-4") deadlift
C.) 3x20 Sissy squats

Results
A.) 225/275//315/325 (PR)/335/345/355/365
B.) 225lbs
C.) 45lbs

Notes:
Decided not to do cardio today. The pause squats were brutal and the deadlifts had us sweating our arses off. Extra cardio would have just taxed an already taxes system. Will do high intensity tomorrow.
