Press/Pull DB Auxiliary + Tabata Treadmill Sprints

Morning
A.) 3x10 Arnold press
B.) 3x10 DB bench triceps extension
C.) 20/16/12/8 DB Curls - 1min rest b/t
D.) 3x20 Cable ab twists
E.) Tabata treadmill sprint

Results
A.) 35lbs
B.) 70lbs
C.) 35/40/45/50
D.) 15
E.) Comp @ lvl 10

Notes:
This entire day was planned to focus on burnout of body parts that weren't hit as hard earlier in the week. Mission accomplished.

Additionally, this is my first time doing treadmill sprints in the Tabata format. Wow, those were hard and I think I love them.
