Notes:
Was tentative about this morning's deadlifts, but things went without a hitch. Managed to keep my back tight and my position sound the whole time. Needed to do something different (and actually thought about training power snatch today in stead), so I pulled out the big dumbbells and did some snatches with it. Odd, I feel more comfortable doing dumbbell snatches than I do their barbell counterpart.
Lunch time was a back assault. We haven't really done too much on the cables lately so I decided that's what we were going to be doing today. Mike and I were pretty fried afterwards. He's been complaining about back soreness ever since. Hahaha.
