Notes:
Had a new workout buddy for this session. He's been wanting to learn about getting strong so I was happy to oblige. Interesting how he's done the CrossFit Football workouts and never done much in the way of power athletics. In either case, he wants to workout with me periodically. (Also, his CFF friends want to workout with me on Tuesday to do stones.)
