Backsquat + DB Farmer Carries/Abdominal Auxiliary

Afternoon
A.) 3x5 Narrow stance backsquat w/:03 pause - superset w/slow 80ft DB farmer walk
B.) 3x10 DB Stiff legged deadlifts
C.) 3x20 Hypertrophy situps

Results
A.) 225/225/275/315/315
B.) 50lbs/hand
C.) UB

Notes:
Good intermediate leg day. I didn't have any of my gear since this session took place at 24hr Fitness during lunch. However, I didn't have too much trouble with the heavier backsquat (like I thought I would). Typically, the bar always feels like it weights 50lbs heavier at 24hr Fitness.

Regardless, great session.
