Notes:
I really like having a training partner that's a smaller/faster athlete. Sean has much better relative strength and its pushing me to do much more. Legless rope climbs were much easier than I thought they were going to be, however, they did elicit the bicep/forearm pump that I was looking for.

Kept the gymnastics train going with some deficit ring rows and broke away from the Tabata format in favor of some longer intervals (since section A. was so taxing).
