Really good morning session. Nice to do some resisted bodyweight movements on the new gymnastic parallel bars. Didn't hit a PR on bench, but it was still some very good strength work.
Wow, Mike and I just went gangbusters at 24hr Fitness. Was probably one of the best chest/press training sessions I've had in a long time. Looking forward to the increase in tempo/weight.
