Squat Clean/Backsquat + Sandbag Carry/Abdominal Auxililary

Notes:
I only had two goals for this entire session, clean 300lbs and backsquat 400lbs for a set of three. Both were accomplished and I'm happy with that. I think next time around the squats will be done with one consistent weight instead of working up/working down.

Haven't done the sandbag carry test in a long time so I figured I was about due. Managed 25lbs more pounds than last time and didn't even break to put my hands on my knees or check the time.
