Notes:
This week has been introducing Sean #1 to new strength implements. Today I knew we had to do some overhead pressing, but I really didn't have the interest in doing just 'any old' overhead press. So, we pulled out the strongman log and got to work. Fun stuff, but the session did go a little long, so we used supersets for cardio/auxiliary press training.
Lighter day in the afternoon. Thought it was best to keep the volume low and the weight heavy considering the training in the last two weeks. All in all, still quality work.
